This development of 23,500 sq.ft of mixed retail warehousing and trade counter units adjoins a J.Sainsburys superstore and was completed in the Summer of 2013. Units 1 & 2 comprise of 9,300 sq.ft (910 sq.m) and have been pre-let to Autoglass. Unit 3, which is 4,600 sq.ft (427 sq.m) has been let to Brewers for one of their new retail concept stores. Unit 4, which is 8,900 sq.ft (827 sq.m), has been let to Dreams and the scheme is now fully let.
